In Germany: www.pcsilent.de. They have good fans to make your pc
quiet.

I prefer the NEC1100. It works with Linux (cdrecordprodvd), is DVD+RW,
4x speed (for R, 2.4 for RW). And the best: on Amazon (de), you can
get it for 79.95 EUR. It can't get much cheaper (OK, I also said that
half a year ago when it was cheap for _only_ 156 EUR).
