What would that system look like? Would it include a Basic Income for
all? What else is necessary for such a system? And, then, how do we
begin to change the current system to more closely resemble that
system of "truth, beauty, justice and harmony"?

It is all too easy to be critical of the system. I am too.
Sure it would be nice to have a system of truth, beauty, justice and
harmony. But ours is not that system. And for that matter there is
no system past or present that has or has had those characteristics.
