This is why we have political parties.  We are talking about political
change and this is best done by one party or the other putting forth a
values based agenda.

I can certainly agree with this statement, but then we're faced with the
question of how to map responsibilities onto rights, and how to get others
to agree to this.  Any thoughts?

What would that system look like? Would it include a Basic Income for all?
What else is necessary for such a system? And, then, how do we begin to
change the current system to more closely resemble that system of "truth,
beauty, justice and harmony"?
