Mart Stewart, despite that she represents the kind of person prevalent in capitalist corporate upper echelons, she did declare the insider trading that took place. Dubya, not long ago, had also been the beneficiary of similar insider trading, and, unlike Martha, who had declared said trading within a couple of days time, as is the law, did not declare his dealings for over a year. He doesn't seem to be in jail, yet Martha, just because she's a woman who is not especially well-liked by many, and particularly not by the boys' club, gets nailed.
