Hi workers,
I've tried to send a bug report via web page, but it seems it doesn't work.
Asking to mailing list brings me an answer to write this bug to this list.

I use Debian, this bug is relevant to etch (fvwm 2.5.18) and lenny (fvwm
2.5.26). I use UTF-8 locales and I see that one of character - "ě" (ecaron) is
not displayed correctly in window titles. It is displayed as two characters
"('". I've tried to find other wrongly displayed character, but without success
in ISO 8859-2 character set.
You can simply check this error looking to http://plamen.wx.cz/fvwm-bug/ and
follow links from this page.

I look to dependencies of fvwm an d I see, that it depends on gtk1.2. I found
an application where similar problem occurs with wrongly displaying ecaron.
Rewriting this application and compiling under gtk2.0 helps and now it displays
all characters as expected. It is posible that migrating to gtk2.0 can solve
this bug ... but I really do not know if it is simple.

Regards,
  Pavel
