Nope, just 1.2x, I know no one that uses that module nowadays anyway.

The fact that "Ě" and "ě" won't means that the multicharacter support in fvwm
is ok, and you probably need to choose another font. Look around for the
DefaultFont command. Most modules provide a Font option as well or something
similar, check the man page for each module for those.

You probably miss some unicode support or whatever. I can see all the accents
that you wrote ok.
