This module depends on two versions of gtk - 1.2 and 2.0?

A years ago when I started with fvwm ... well and just now. But no idea what is
wrong. If my configuration will be wrong, I expect that "ě" and "Ě" will be
both wrong, but "Ě" is displayed correctly. How can I check full name of used
font in window title? Do you have a reccommendation how to change my config to
let it work as expected?

Just a note: I look to e-mail and character "e" with caron is changed to
character "i" with .... back-acute or how to name this accent.
