Well, I'll certainly be willing to maintain it myself and keep it synced with
official releases, if the developers don't want to add it to the main tree.

This is something I hadn't thought about. I've updated my working copy so
that it uses the main pixmap, as you suggest.

Okay: If titleunder isn't defined, the main pixmap is tiled under the title:
much like the regular TiledPixmap style. If any of the non-tiling, "transition"
pixmaps is not defined, it is simply eliminated from the equation entirely,
i.e., no space is allocated for it on the titlebar. Fvwm also starts dropping
them one by one when a titlebar becomes really small with no room for extra
cruft.

Same as in other styles--it gets truncated.

When this patch actually reaches the fit-for-public-consumption point, I'll
try to give somewhat more complete documentation on it.
