Jonathan

I thought I would share my Pismo joys with you.

Mine is a 400mhz G3 model, maxxed to 1GB of RAM, a super silent super quick
5400RPM 40GB hard drive, a UJ-846 dual layer slot loading dvd burner and
Airport card.

It too is in mint condition and rocks. This thing flies along. Hard to believe
sometimes it is a 8 year old low end G3.

Hi Simon and Felix,
I never really get involved in
the chat's on the g-books forum, but I thought I'd put a reply on
this one. I have a Pismo maxed out to 1 gig ram with the daystar G4
550 chip and that's not all, I also upgraded the cdrom to a dvd rw
drive, and boy what a difference, definitely worth the upgrading, as
mine is like a new laptop and I'm very pleased with it.
