Thanks for the responses. I was encouraged when I read that yanking out the Avaya driver and re-enabling the Airport stuff might get me online. . I used the Avaya Installer to remove the driver. I searched the drive for 'avaya', 'orinoco', and 'wavelan' and removed any stragler files. Rebooted. Ran Extensions Manager and enabled the previously disabled Airport stuff. Rebooted. Popped in the Avaya Gold card. The card shows up on the desktop as 'Avaya Wireless PC Card', just like it did before. Everything seems to be just like it was before I removed the driver. Airport says that it doesn't detect a card. Frustrated, I reinstalled the WaveLAN driver and rebooted. When I insert the card, it still shows up as an 'Avaya Wireless PC Card'. Where is this information coming from? The card? Still, no change. Any more suggestions? Thanks.
