AFAIK the earlier Belkin cards did look like Airport cards to the system but your doesn't, that's why you need a driver. So, no, no Airport hardware is going to be found. Part of the driver install should have given you some new bit of software to configure the card. Either a System Preference or an application (probably in the Utilities folder or Applications folder). > > I have rethought what the problem is.
