Mike, try the drivers listed here:

I think the last one listed is the proper driver for the V3XXX cards.  
Having used the Ralink drivers before I found them usable but not  
nearly as user-friendly as Airport. Please note, this will not show up  
as an Airport card and use must make some connection settings in the  
Ralink software (unless it has changed in the last 18 months).
