I think this is cross-talking. You're talking about running programs
natively, whereas I believe Bruce was talking about using Rosetta on
an Intel Mac to run PPC programs. You should be able to run older
versions of PPC code with Rosetta either under 10.5 or 10.6. I believe
you were talking about needing to upgrade a native running program so
that it ran natively on an Intel Mac, and then you lose the ability to
run the upgrade on a PPC G3 iMac. These are two different things
completely.
