You can definitely run 10.4 on the Wallstreet with XPostFacto. One of mine runs 
it beautifully. Don't stop with 10.3.

I personally have the Pismo, but I want the Wallstreet too. With the way the 
web pages are set up now you will need atleast OS X 10.3.9 with FireFox 2. They 
are not capable of OS X 10.4 so 10.3 is your only option. you need atleast 6GB 
of space for 10.3 so I reccomend getting alteast a 20GB hard drive if you plan 
to use it for anything other than surfing the web. RAM upgrade is required too!
