Steps 1 and 2 you will find easy. G3 or G4 Wallstreet CPU upgrades are
hard to come by these days, though --I lucked out and got a Sonnet G4
500 on the list, but they are "rarer than hen's teeth," like the
person who sold it to me put it. But maxing out the RAM will give it a
big boost., anyway.


Darn I want to find that hen. I been looking eveywhere for a G4 for my Wally. Someone said a G3 292 runs faster than a G3 300 in the Wallstreet, I put a 300 in one of mine so I could replace my other Wally's 233 with a 292, Can anyone
support this claim?
Also does anyone know if the logic boards are all the same in the Wallstreet's? I'm thinking the Daughter cards are the difference in the processor and cache??

I may cheat and paint a logo on a Pismo. LOL
