I'm sure the Sonnett is a marvelous upgrade, but rare and pricey.
Don't overlook the less rare 292 MHz G3. This is actually faster than
the 300 MHz, owing to a faster bus (86 vs 66 MHz). If found, they are
worth little...
The 292 only runs on the Rev 1 Wallstreets. The Rev 2 PDQ Wallstreets
have upgraded video as well.
