Hmmm, the only other user friendly database I know is 4th Dimension. But,
that would also be a quick Carbon port. It already had some interface quirks
and violations under the old Mac OS so I'm fairly sure it is worst under OS
X.

Other than that, I don't know. I personally use AppleWorks. It has the same
hurriedly ported to OS X feeling but it's easy to modify and use, and it was
free with my PowerBook!
