iKey is USB.  I personally don't like it much, but its a decent 
durable keyboard and I know a lot of people that have nothing but 
praise for it.

The other option is an ADB keyboard, and just get a hub or extender 
cable for the mouse.  This is the path I would take, because I just 
haven't found a USB keyboard that I'm as happy with as either the 
AEK2 or the Apple Design Keyboard.
