exactly, but that's how the law and big business work these days.  a
large company can easily sue a small one out of business or harass an
individual even if the claims are baseless and illogical and lack any
serious legal merit, and there is little recourse other than to hire
your own expensive lawyers just to protect your fully legal activities.
