Exactly.  It's not a public FTP.  It's private and if you go in you and
download a manual you are trespassing in Apple's eyes.  At least that's how I
*imagine* they rationalize it.

Well.  It *isn't* laughed out of court.  Ask some of the hosts who have been
nailed for a copy of the paperwork ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).  Maybe you and some
other people can find a way to outsmart Apple's legal team?  Who knows?
