Can't you read? For a year or so Mike was hosting ONLY THE LINKS TO APPLE'S FTP
SERVER. THAT"S WHY HE GOT NAILED BY APPLE!
*NOW* he does a little FTP dance from time to time and posts manuals directly.
All the while taking a risk because Apple has already served him with a Cease and
Desist order for hosting the LINKS!
