At 21" I'm damn sure you'll survive.

BTW The difference between 67 Hz, 85 Hz and 120 Hz is pretty negligible as
far as human eyes are concerned. You're not really any better off running a
monitor higher than 75 Hz (unless you find that it's brighter or something
like that). Very few people are actually capable of discerning the
difference between refresh rates higher than ~70 Hz (its a function of the
"refresh" rate of the neurons (@$!@#! neurone spelling) in our eyeballs (I
hate to use computer analogies to describe physiological functions as they
are in no way, shape or form analogous, let alone homologous... I'll leave
such unintentional inaccuracies up to the artificial "intelligence" people)
