I have the same drive installed in my B&W G3 rev1 in the same way (6 gig
slave, 40 gig master), but they're not that quiet. When I am copying/
and/or downloading a lot of files to that drive at the same time I can hear
the drive writing data to it. The same for the 6 gigger. But that is
probably because the B&W is sitting next to me on my desk. The HDD in the
QS G4 933 at work on the other hand, also on my desk, is super quiet, never
heard that HDD before.

FYI: it is not really a DiamondMaxPlus, it is a relabeleld Quantum
(Fireball?) ATA133 7200rpm.
