Apple has it's own little one person booth and a Mac area that is 3 aisles wide and dedicated only to Apple products. I don't know why they don't man the place on weekends, that's when most of the traffic comes thru, but I'm glad they are at least there 4 days a week to answer quick questions. With switching over to OSX, god knows I've had plenty of ???'s The rep did actually take me to the WD display and showed me the new "special edition" HD's and told me that they had "fixed" the problem that caused their older units to give out so quickly and the new units were being offered at a reduced price and beefed up to try and get back some of their lost market share. I figured since he was from Apple he knew what he was talking about.... Anyway, I've had it in for a couple of months now and I've used it everyday along with my daughters playing their "sims" games and it's performed very well. Take care Kyle!
