Um, no. PlusOptimizer is an HFS+ formatter that doesn't actually loose your
data. Bill is looking for something that moves data around on his drive so
that it is optimally organized for speedy access. Norton Speed Disk, or Tech
Tool Pro have the ability to do this. DW does not.
