It boots much faster than 9.2.1 on my system -- less than 60 seconds -- 
and it 'seems' as fast for anything that comes to mind. And, anything 
involving TCP/IP networking is much faster. Throughput on file 
transfers is higher, web pages load faster, and so on.

The benchmarks I've read online confirm my impressions.
