It all depends on how SLOW you want to go with your PC!  With Macs, if you
install a newer operating system, it doesn't make your machine slower....  :P

It is a difference, though.  And Windows is following, as usual.  I don't think
Apple would want to backstep into Bill's way of 'progressing!'
