I haven't tried the computer in 9.2 yet but I wasn't noticing lockups in it. I just installed the Softlogix cache management program and suspected it. I turned off all caches. write through etc. Same lockups. It may be that I need to uninstall it entirely. It is a beta version, but that's all they will download. I need to figure out what they install to clean it out. They are not especially interested in talking to users that have an accelerator that they didn't make. My zif is OWC. Thanks.
