Ok, the resonse I got from PowerLogiz is that you get varying results from hardware they didn't make.
But here what you have to remove to get rid of it: Remove the following: /System/Library/Extensions/PLKEXT.kext /System/Library/StartupItems/'PowerLogix Startup'/ (the entire folder) Hope this works for us.
