Now, create a Set called "Troubleshooting #1" and turn on half the extensions and control panels. Reboot. Does it still happen? If not, your culprit is in the extensions and control panels not loaded. If it does, it's in the set you just loaded. Create another Set and turn off half of the ones you just turned on.....
