I was wondering, from the import I gleaned in this & some other threads
about hard drives, whether I need to buy 1 of these high-powered ATA cards
in order to use the modern 40-gig or greater wonders I see advertised at
Office supply stores (from Maxtor, WD, etc.) at great prices in my G3 DT?
Or can I just stick it on the built-in bus? Or will it run, but at
less-than-optimal throughput?
TIA,
