I've tested every UATA/33 and /66 cards made, and a few UATA/100 cards, and 
all behave the same.

If ASP cannot see the drive (even though that drive is not mounted) then the 
card and/or the drives are bad.

Any PCI mac from a 7200 on to at least the Beige G3 is compatible with these 
cards.
