It would if encryption weren't flawed.  Apparently the beginning of 
every encrypted packet is a block of fixed data.  This is an absolute 
no no for encryption.   There are evidently sniffer programs (for 
WinHell) to watch wifi traffic and decrypt packets to get the key.
