I had a buyer want some of his shipping money back, knowing it cost less than the
amount I charged in the listing. An amount I had listed in 2 places in the auction.....
so I got a neg. for not returning money I had to charge for me to build a custom box to
carry an 85 lb printer...... took me an hour.......
