Before you start looking at hardware, make sure there is a driver for your printer.

For those serial printers, there are some small devices that will perhaps network them, or (for the PLW anyway) you could look into sharing it on the LAN using an old world Mac or laptop and some sort of bridge software (Apple made one software one, it's easier if it is an OS9 mac and a Postscript capable printer, I'm not sure about the Epson but I doubt it).
A little googling will help you see what will work given the setup of your particular LAN.
