Although most of my browsing is done in OS X, when I do use my B&W with OS 9.2.2 on the web it's with the Wamcom 1.3.1 Mozilla or iCab 2.9.8 - the latter starts up much faster (probably because it's just a browser and not an all-in-one browser/mail client) but Mozilla is compatible with a larger number of sites.
