I have gotten some locations where an "error message" comes up saying that the browser needs Shockwave in order to continue in dynamic presentation (providing a "just text" option to continue) - sorry, I cannot think of one off hand - perhaps the issue is the the site has been set to IE-exclusive? In response, I download, say, the Shockwave installer, launch it, and it doesn't recognize iCab as a viable browser to install into - all this is on OS 9.2.1 btw.
