My Sony TRV-17 has it and it was one of the few features that I had on my
'required' list. Before purchase I made sure to check out all the sony specs
in their quarterly catalogue, I think it's called Evolve or something
similar. I haven't seen any other manufacturer with a similar spec book. As
for a complete list, are there not still yearly AV roundups in some of the
AV mags? Generally they list all the features in tables for every product in
their specific categories.

The feature is extremely useful and as far as I can see there is no or very
little degradation of the video signal from the original.
