Hi there!

I've got a Beige G3 MT with a 4GB SCSI drive, which I think is an Ultra/Wide drive, but it's running off of the internal SCSI bus. Anyways, I am running out of space, and need a new hard drive. Don't really want to go the SCSI route, mostly for cost and space limitations. So my question is, should I just go with an ATA/100 drive, or would SATA be a better choice? The prices seem to be just about the same, but would the Beige really be able to take advantage of SATA? Not to mention I'd have to buy a card, although that isn't too big of a deal, since I'd probably end up getting an ATA/133 card anyways if I went the IDE route. But yeah, is SATA worth it on a Beige? Also, is the 8GB partition for installing OSX still an issue with SATA? Well, any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
