I agree on OWC. Great service, selection. Informative site. Check out SmallDog also for service.
I also think restocking charges for defective merchandise is inexcusable. That happened to me with Ebuyer. Never again.

What are you talking about? OWC is better, mac only, but Newegg is great.
You should just read through terms and conditions and know what you're dealing with before you order.
I order tons of stuff from them and have had very few problems.
