Subject: Re: [G] getting my QS 933 to have OS 9
From: David Elmo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Hi, me again on this QS business!
I installed Tiger ok on the internal ATA 60g. I could not work
out how to partition the disk as I wanted so I just said bugger
it and yes to everything and it fires up fine in X.
Is there an OS 9 System Folder on the HD? If so, since your QS is a
dual boot machine, you should be able switch the boot disk by opening
System Prefs, selecting the OS 9 disk, and restarting.
It should also run OS 9 apps in Classic (which is a special OSX-only
application that runs OS 9 from within OSX, sort of like VPC runs
Windows)
All the best,
Ken N.
