Lately, I haven't been able to get usable "Download's" --- get an 'error box' saying that 'software update could not expand the package correctly'. [This happens for both 'Install & Save Package' & 'Download Only'. Bummer] So, trip to town, Install & save on "customer's" machine, copy downloaded package to a 'Thumb Drive', and back home to install from the thumb drive.
