8.2.1 was the final version that officially supported the G3. But 9.1.1 is the final version of iTunes that actually runs on the G3.
If so, will it be possible to "downdate" iTunes? (What's the opposite of "update"?) I've got the offline installation dmgs for 9.1.1 and, should it be neccessary, 9.0.3 available.
You should be able to just install 9.1.1 from that dmg. If that doesn't work, try trashing the old iTunes and such first.
