Window-Eyes is much the same way. In the seven years I've used it I've never
had it interfere with game operation.
Oh freddled gruntbuggly,
thy micturations are to me
as plurdled gabbleblotchits on a lurgid bee.
GroupI implore thee, my foonting turlingdromes,
And hooptiously drangle me with crinkly bindlewurdles,
or I will rend thee in the gobberwarts with my blurglecruncheon, see if I
don't!

I believe Darren it's actually only Jaws that does the keyboard grabbing
thing and needs to be unloaded when you want to use the keyboard for
something else.
With Supernoova I only have to turn the voice off (and that just to prevent
speaking of key presses over the game audio). I quite often alt tab out of a
game to answer E-mail, check instructions, make notes or whatever then go
back to it.
I know for a fact Window eyes is the same, and I believe Nvda is as well, so
it's just Jaws that has the unloading issue. It actually slightly amuses me
when so many audio games made by people who have only used Jaws assume that
all screen readers work that way and tell people to unload them when it's
only needed to do this with Jaws.
Personally, i'd find all that unload and sleep malarchy a right royal pain.
Especially when say I am doing things like watching a dvd with supernova's
voice off but the program running in the background, then wanting to time
skip so turning it back on to type in the time to skip to before turning it
off again.
Of course if Charlse is using Jaws that could indeed be the issue with Blind
Swordsman, I just wanted to point out that if he isn't that wouldn't make a
difference sinse it's only jaws that needs to be unloaded.
Beware the Grue!
Dark.
