Hi Dark,

ON the surface this is good but let's look at it a little deeper.

In the case of a player like Teresa, who is playing with an auditory
impairment, being unable to reshuffle the tarot cards unless she either pays
the price or plays the game is not really the best or most compassionate
option, yes?

In her case, Teresa, is wanting to reshuffle the cards so she is not forced to
play the game with a really undesirable option which would make the game
plainly and simply just unfair for her.

Playing a game is supposed to be fun after all, and different people have
different experiences they may desire from their game-play sessions. I.E. Some
may wish to be challenged with ever-increasing difficulties while others may
wish to simply have a fun and enjoyable time. -And then there are those in
between…

My point is that a well-designed game should never force a player into a
situation where the game is no longer a pleasant experience simply in order to
adhere to some standard of challenge that many players may not even desire.
Make sense?

Anyway, just my thoughts…

Hope you are having a great evening!

Cheers!

Hi Cara.

I didn't mean removing the back button, since that would indeed be a real pest,
just rather than reshuffling the cards everytime you hit that screen, you stick
with the same cards until you either play endless mode or spend the diamonds to
reshuffle them just to stop that loop hole.

Beware the grue!

Dark.
Take them to the refirbished chamber that was once bad!

HI Dark,

I certainly hope that one can continue to back out of that screen. It would be
terrible UX to be stuck there once you entered it, with no way to back out of
it. More than once, I've accidentally entered Endless mode without meaning to.

So yes, it can be used as a loophole so perhaps another design change could be
implemented instead of removing the back button.

Just my thoughts…

Smiles,

Cara

Hi teresa.

What Cara said about just going back and restarting is true, though I suspect
that loop hole might be closed in future updates and your choice for a
reshuffle will either be pay or play.

Beware the grue!
