Hi Che,
Speaking of Monty I've been adding some extra levels since beta 1, fixed
several bugs, and public beta 2 should be a much more stable product
over all.
One thing I am working on right now is I think I am going to store game
settings in the user's local registry. I've been reading up on this
today in the .Net Framework docs and on the Microsoft site. From what I
gather this is a strait forward and easy way to save game settings for
every user on a 2000, XP, or Vista system. Since the keys will go under
HKey_CurrentUser there should be no issues for systems with a multiuser
setup. I'll be letting everyone know more once I actually implament and
test this.
If it works good by Scores.sav and User.cfg files.I imagine my joystick
config can go in the registry as well.
