Hi Rich, Actually, a bull whip is a bit longer than 4 feet. The smaller ones are around 6 feet, the average ones are 8 feet, and the longer ones are about 10 feet. So they should have pretty good striking range for a hand held weapon. As far as guns goes that is a hard call. If I include a pistil Angela needs to be able to find ammo reloads on dead explorers or give her a new ammo reload per level.
