I know that on some of those arcade driving machines, the ones that you sit in and they have the steering wheel, there is some form of force feedback built in. Sometimes you'll be driving and the wheel will actually jerk in your hands. I remember playing a tank battle game like that once. There was also a boat racing game called Hydro Thunder that was like that, where the machine was set up just like the driver's seat of a racing boat with the steering wheel and throttle. Sometimes when you got going really fast the wheel would jerk in the opposite direction from the one you were trying to turn. It was kinda neat. But maybe that isn't quite the same concept as the force feedback we know from our game controllers. Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Munawar Bijani" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gamers Discussion list" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, May 16, 2008 7:39 AM Subject: [Audyssey] Force Feedback: RE: Quick USA Games Survey.
