hi. I figured out how to reproduce the minimize issue when you press v. You have to alt+tab out, and then back in, close the inventory menu, then press v. it'll go out with the sounds and the screen reader will come back to life for a few seconds, then you'll return to the game again. press v again and it'll behave properly. I haven't had the problem with wasting ammo, seems to be that when I walk into a room the thing is generally close enough to shoot with something, even the shotgun. There is a bug I've noticed though that seems to be random, ocasionally the ledge in the first level is a phantom ledge and you just end up back at the bottom of the rope.
