Hi Thomas, I thought this. Ring Jorje Bell and it should be fine. His a computer technition I think. He helps us with all of hour problems. Off cource if we really need help and he can't help, then we ring tech support. If they're like that, I'd like to prank call them, hehehe.

A company like that really needs pay more attention to their customers' wants and needs. That's probably why a lot of people who make the switch from JAWS do it in the first place.
